Blackheath Art Society Winter Exhibition starts tomorrow!

Below is a detail from my submission for this year's show showing part of a well-known building in Greenwich - can you guess where it is? A clue - you may not have seen it like this for some time!

"Have Palette, Will Travel" - Beeches - Lyme Regis

 While staying in Seaton in the 1990's Cristiana and I took a trip to Lyme Regis in Dorset. Lyme Regis had a very different feel to Seaton somewhat grandeur and with a feeling of space. These beeches near Lyme Regis seemed to some up that feeling of inherited grandeur.

"Have Palette, Will Travel" - Meet the Artist - THANK YOU!

 It was a great pleasure to see so many friends and family who stayed to chat and create a lovely buzz and and to meet new people who turned up yesterday at the 'Meet the Artist' session. It was a huge surprise that so many people came along and I was sorry not to be able to offer food and drink as the event was held in library hours. Thank you for making the effort to come it was greatly appreciated and I hope you enjoyed meeting friends old and new again as much as I did.
